| The success and strength of our swimming program will be largely due to our excellent coaching staff. Our YMCA staff will contribute unselfishly of their time and energy to make our competitive swimming program at the Beavercreek YMCA a strong program. | |

| TOBY BOEDEKER: | Toby is entering his 24th year of coaching. He has coached at the Kettering YMCA, Beavercreek YMCA, Wright State University, and several area high schools. Toby has coached numerous YMCA All-Americans, and was inducted into the Southwest Ohio YMCA Swimming Hall of Fame in 1999. |
| CRAIG McCONKEY: | Craig will be in his fourth year of coaching at the Beavercreek YMCA. Craig works with the 11 & Over swimmers. He graduated from Wright State University in 1999 with a degree in Enviornmental Science after a successful college swimming career. |
| ANGIE HOMAN: | Angie is a kindergarten teacher in the Kettering School System. She swam competitively for 13 years for the Kettering YMCA, Beavercreek YMCA, and Alter High School. She is starting her fourth year with the team, and will be coaching the 10 and Under age group. |
| CHRIS MELEASON: | Chris is beginning his 2nd year with the Beavercreek YMCA team. Chris works with the 8 & under swimmers. He is an adapted physical education teacher with Fairborn City Schools. Chris has been coaching for 11 years through out the Dayton area. |
